Roasted Pork & Whipped Potatoes

Meat: Pork loin, thyme, rosemary, dijon mustard, olive oil, button mushrooms, veal dem glace, cream, salt & pepper, parsley.
Vegetables: Organic carrots, olive oil, fresh thyme, salt & pepper.
Potato: Yukon gold potatoes, water, mik, butter, nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Pork: Remove the plastic cover, replace with foil, place in the oven at 350 F for 25-27 minutes or until hot.
Vegetable: Best if microwaved for 2-3 minutes (stir at halfway).
Potato: Best if microwaved for 5-6 minutes (stir at halfway).
