Fish: 5 oz fresh cod, ritz cracker, butter, fresh herbs, lemon zests, white wine, water, dijon mustard.
Vegetables: Broccoli, Snowpeas, Asparagus, garlic, shallot, olive oil, pinch of nutmeg, salt & pepper.
Orzo: Orzo pasta, fresh herbs, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Fish: Best if microwaved in the container for 3-4 minutes. Use a spatula to transfer to the plate.
Vegetable: Best if microwaved for 2-3 minutes
Orzo: Best if microwaved for 3-4 minutes.
