Chicken & Vegetable Enchiladas
Enchiladas (NF): Braised Free Range Chicken, Zucchini, Squash, Onion, Peppers, Black Beans, Cilantro, Mexican Cheese.
Sauce: Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Oregano, Chili Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Olive Oil, Flour, Salt & Pepper.
Rice: Tomato, Onion, Thyme, Bay Leaf, Garlic.
Salsa: JalapeƱo, Tomatillo, Garlic, Green Pepper, Cilantro,Onion, Olive Oil.
Enchiladas: Remove the cover, place in a preheated oven at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Rice: Best microwaved for 4-6 minutes.
Salsa Verde: Serve at room temperature.
