Chicken Dijonnaise
Entree is NF - GF.
Chicken: 5 oz chicken thighs, dijon mustard, shallot, white wine, thyme, cream, salt & pepper.
Vegetables: red onion, eggplant, summer squash, zucchini, peppers, garlic, basil, oregano, tomato, salt & pepper.
Potatoes: creamer potatoes, fresh herbs, onion, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Chicken: Transfer to a non stick pot, scrape all the sauce, cover and heat on low for 15 minutes or until hot, stir occasionally.
Vegetable: Best if microwaved for 3-4 minutes (stir at halfway).
Potatoes: Transfer on a sheet pan, place in the oven at 350 F for 12-15 minutes.
*For oven reheating, the durations provided assume the oven has been preheated, the dish is placed in the middle of the oven, and the use of an oven-safe dish. For microwave reheating, time will vary based on the type of microwave and settings. Be sure to stir occasionally.
