Braised Beef Brisket

Brisket: Onion, garlic, thyme, carrot, celery, red wine, beef stock salt & pepper.Starch: Small potatoes, olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, onion, salt & pepper
Vegetables: Carrots, green beans, snowpeas, asparagus, olive oil, salt & pepper.
Brisket: Transfer to an oven safe dish, scrape all the sauce,cover with foil. Reheat at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until hot.
Potatoes: Reheat at 350°F for 17-20 minutes.
Vegetables: Best if microwaved to a temperature of your preference 2-3 minutes.
