Beef Bourguignon

Braising Liquid: Onion, Carrot, Celery, Bay Leaf, Thyme, Garlic, Red Wine, Beef Stock.
Beef: Beef Chuck, Pearl Onions, Mushrooms, Onion, Thyme.Mashed: Yukon Gold Potato, Half & Half, Butter, Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper.
Vegetables: Roasted Carrots, Green Beans, Garlic, Shallot, Thyme, Olive Oil, Parsley.
Beef: Transfer to a non-stick pot, scrape all the sauce and cover with a lid. Reheat on low heat for 30 minutes or until hot (stir occasionally).
Potatoes: Microwave for 4-5 minutes (stir halfway).Vegetables: Microwave for 3-4 minutes.
